ZENLOCK - The ultra solid and versatile weblock
The first weblock with screwable spacers for all webbings from 17 to 26 mm.
Body material: 7075 T6;
Lock pin: stainless steel 17-4 PH safety Push-Pin with aluminum head;
Compatible webbings & materials: 17-26 mm width. Polyester, polyamid, vectran, aramid and uhmpe/dyneema only if the outer surfaces are covered with polyester or vectran;
Compatible connectors: omega shackles Ø8-Ø20mm, Quicklinks Ø10-Ø20, soft shackles;
Weight: 200 gr without spacers, 220 gr with two pairs of spacers;
MBS: 60 kN (ISA tested it at 63 kN 3σ);
WLL: 12 kN;
Soft release slot: allows to connect directly onto a soft release or to connect to any kind of 25mm wide soft connection (i.e. span-set);
Certification: tested and certified according to ISA 51 label.

ZENLOCKing safely
The ZENLOCK is a 200 gr light, 60 kN MBS strong and reliable new weblock, ideal for any 17-26 mm webbing.
ZENLOCK - an upgraded technology
A bigger progressive diverter with large hole: the spiral diverter reduces the radius of the webbing on the tensioned strand to preserve around 95% of its MBS. The large hole inside can be used as an auxiliary anchorpoint to connect a ROLLEX with 0,3T DYNEEMA ROUND SLING FOR WEBLOCK;
A lowered front pin: this reduces the risk of webbing friction damages;
A safety locking pin system: demands 2 different actions in order to open and unblock the pin;
Rear Becket: compatible with all metallic and now also with soft connectors such as slings or spanset;
Soft release slot: allows to connect directly a soft release or any kind of 25mm wide soft connection (I.e. Spanset or Soft shackle).
The versatile and best choice
This new ZENLOCK is showing extra versatile advantages and by implementing a new design and concept, the rigid aluminum spacers are this time fixed by a screw, to avoid any risk of drop. This new change in our weblock technology allows any user to adjust easily the slot from 17 to 26 mm.
Inserting a thin webbing do not require any extra manipulation compare to floatable spacers.

The included round head allen key allows easily to tighten the screws.
Safety pin
The safety pin is made from stainless steel and allowing the webbing to slide easily during ravelling;
The reinforced and anodized aluminum head make it resilient to any type of shock and humidity;
Unlocking requires a double movement (pressing the button while pulling)for an extra security;
Includes a fall-arrest cord.
Which connectors are the best to use with the ZENLOCK?
Our ZENLOCK is compatible with basically all standard types of connectors.
We recommend 2,2T BOW SHACKLES STAINLESS STEEL, one of the strongest stainless steel omega shackles.
The dyneema sling to multiply
Get the best out of the ZENLOCK hollow diverter with a DYNEMA webbing sling, to connect a pulley system or create a buckingham tensioning system.
With this webbing sling you can connect our ROLLEX to the ZENLOCK and create a pulley system with your slackline.
What is the ANTISLIP?
On low tension Slacklines or Highlines, any shock or vibration caused by the slackliner or the wind can cause slight slippage of the webbing inside weblocks.
Moreover, many feedbacks have shown us that due to big wind gusts or really intensive use, a loose tail of the webbing can possibly lead to a total derail of the line from its weblock.
ANTISLIP system works on both of those risks by preventing the most dangerous one - a complete weblock failure and reducing significantly the slippage.
This device helps to increase significantly your safety on Highline and Longline setups.
When highlining it should be combined with a commonly know anti-slip knot for maximum safety.
ATTENTION: the ANTISLIP is not compatible with SPACERS, so if you are using a webbing thinner than 25mm follow the ZENLOCK user manual to make a proper anti-slip knot.
